General Information:
HOMERUN is the data controller for personal data collected from its clients, partners in the display network, suppliers, and service providers.
HOMERUN guarantees the protection of personal data and strictly complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Data is collected on the basis of consent (opt-in) and for the contractual needs between the parties. Consent can be withdrawn at any time upon simple request, except in cases where HOMERUN needs the data in question for the proper execution of the contract or to fulfill its legal obligations.
In accordance with applicable regulations, as a natural person, the data subject has the right to access their personal data, correct it, request its deletion, the right to restrict its processing, and to object to its processing for direct marketing purposes. The data subject also has the right to data portability, meaning the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
